Warranty and Terms and Conditions

​Warranty / Terrms and Conditions of Sale will be emailed along with all proposals/quotations.

RMA

Marking: Do NOT mark products or boxes with a pen. Do NOT apply adhesive tape (not ESD safe). Apply removable labels or post-its to a safe location.

Fault description: Do include a brief fault description (in English) with the defective product. If a fault is intermittent or hard to duplicate, please be specific. We cannot read your mind.

Packing: You are returning electronic assemblies, not vegetables - please pack properly.

Patience... Please be patient, both repair and ishipping will take some time. We will ship repaired / replaced boards by regular or registered air mail.

Shipping

cfEngines ships nationwide. Please see below available shipping methods for provinces outside Metro Manila. The cost estimation is not accurate so we prefer doing it manually meantime - please see our proforma invoice for the valid amount.

For Metro Manila Delivery

We deliver door to door within Metro Manila free of charge for orders of five thousand pesos and above.

For Orders below five thousand pesos, we do meetup on the following locations:

Meetup: Eton Centris. corner EDSA and Quezon Ave | Jackman Plaza Roosevelt LRT Station

We ship via LBC and JRS Express. Additional charges will apply.

Tracking Orders

We send the tracking number to you by email when your order is shipped. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from sales@cfengines.com with the subject line: Your cfEngines order was shipped

Three (3) Days Refund

We stand behind our products. However, your satisfaction is our goal and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return the items you purchased. You can return your items for any reason within 3 days of receipt.

We do not resell products as "new" which have been returned. If you return a new product, a 30% open box charge will be applied. Normally you will receive a refund including purchase amount and any applicable taxes minus shipping charges and open box charge.

Shipping charges and any duties incurred are not refundable under any circumstance. After 3 days, all product issues will be addressed by cfEngines' standard warranty.
